We believe transparency is key, especially when looking for your next home. Our one-time fees include the following:
- $50 Application Fee, per applicant. Nonrefundable
- $195 Administrative Fee, per household, due upon signing of the lease. Nonrefundable
- Refundable Security Deposit – 1 month rent, due upon signing of the lease; Unit Specific
- $300 Pet Fee, per pet, due upon signing of the lease. Nonrefundable

Utility Billing:
- Utilities billed direct to Tenant: Gas and Electric – Set up directly with Xcel Energy (property specific)
- Utilities billed back by management: Water, Sewer, Trash, Recycling, Gas(hot water)
Optional Monthly Charges:
- Parking: Pricing based on demand and availability
- Storage Room: Pricing based on demand and availability
